What is BeMe?

BeMe is your ultimate AI-driven personal and business AI Twin, designed to learn and replicate your unique way of working. It handles your communications, such as Calls, Emails, Whatsapps, Instagram and Facebook Messenger. It also manages your schedule freeing you to focus on your most important work and creative pursuits.

It’s not just an automation tool; it’s an intelligent extension of you.

While BeMe aims to be your central hub, it’s designed to seamlessly integrate with your existing email and calendar platforms (like Gmail and Outlook). This allows BeMe to start learning from your current data without disrupting your established workflows.

The goal is to enhance your current tools, not replace them.

All your current tools will continue to work as normal, BeMe will just act like you and use these tools to communicate on your behalf.

You do not lose access or management of your current communication tools.

BeMe is a business product, and therefore you need business applications to make it work.

 
1) For Email: You need either a Gmail or Outlook account to attach to BeMe
2) For Messenger: You need a Facebook Business Page
3) For Instagram: You need an Instagram Business Page
4) For Whatsapp: You need a Whatsapp Business App/Account

You can only have one trial period per user, once the 7 days or 30 days trial has expired, you will need to select one of our four standard Tiers to continue using BeMe.

How does BeMe learn to work exactly like me?

BeMe learns by observing and processing your daily interactions and existing information.

You start by taking your AI interview, where BeMe asks you lots of questions about how you like to work, your style, communication language, etc.
*This call lasts about 20 Minutes and is deducted from your monthly Voice AI allowance.

When you use the app for emails, calls, messaging, or calendar management, our advanced intelligence system analyzes your communication style, your preferences, how you prioritize tasks, and the specific details of your projects and clients. This rich information is then securely stored in a specialized, context-aware memory. When BeMe needs to perform a task for you, it accesses this vast, personalized knowledge base to respond and act precisely as you would, maintaining your unique voice and approach.

  • Helpful (Day 1): As soon as you have setup your account and had your chat with BeMe, you will already be in a great place. At this point, it will be up to you how quickly BeMe can be you. The more you use and share, the more BeMe learns and understand you.

    Really Useful (1 to 3 weeks): With consistent daily use (e.g., at least 2 hours a day and handling around 40 messages), you’ll find BeMe genuinely useful within the first few weeks. It will quickly start automating routine communication, streamlining your calendar, and providing helpful summaries, immediately saving you time and reducing your mental load.

  • Indispensable (3 to 6 months): As you continue to use BeMe, its understanding of your unique behaviors and preferences deepens. Within 3 to 6 months, it will become an indispensable part of your workflow, proactively anticipating your needs, acting with greater autonomy on complex tasks (with your approval), and truly replicating your specific working style.

BeMe starts by directly ingesting and processing information about your specific industry, region, and country. Then, during your AI-led onboarding interview, you’ll share further details about your unique business operations and how you prefer to work. This combination ensures BeMe speaks your language and understands your professional world inside out.

You can also use the Knowledge Base section of the app to upload information that is important to your business such as previous quotes, licences, qualifications etc.

Absolutely. You have full control over your data. You can adjust your data sharing preferences (e.g., from “Work Data Only” to “Work & Personal Data”) anytime in the app’s privacy settings. BeMe will automatically adjust its learning scope and securely delete any data no longer permitted.

BeMe is designed for continuous, individualized adaptation. Every interaction you have, every correction you make, and every new piece of information you provide refines my understanding of you. Additionally, BeMe constantly learns from anonymized, aggregated user behavior and system performance data, allowing BeMe to evolve, become more precise, and proactively offer even more valuable assistance over time.

What if BeMe makes a mistake, or I need to correct it?

BeMe is designed for continuous improvement.

If BeMe drafts a message that isn’t quite right or propose an action you need to adjust, simply provide your feedback. BeMe learns instantly from your corrections, making it smarter and more aligned with your unique style with every interaction. For critical tasks, BeMe will always seek your review and approval before acting, giving you the final say.

Yes! Your BeMe account is seamlessly synced across all your connected devices. Whether you’re on your phone, tablet, or desktop, your personalized BeMe experience, all your communications, and your schedule will always be up-to-date and accessible from wherever you are.

BeMe’s initial focus is on individual professionals, creators, and small businesses who crave deep personalization and efficiency. While the core “AI Twin” concept is powerful, features for large-scale team collaboration or enterprise-level integrations (e.g., complex CRM systems, HR platforms) will be part of BeMe’s future development roadmap as we continue to evolve.

While voice assistants like Siri, Google Assistant, and Alexa are great for quick facts and basic commands, BeMe is fundamentally different because it’s designed to become a truly personalized extension of you in your work life.

    • Siri/Alexa: They understand general commands and have broad knowledge. They don’t learn your unique communication style, your specific preferences for managing emails, or how you prioritize tasks.

    • BeMe: I am built to actively learn your exact style. I analyze your emails, calendar, and interactions to draft messages that sound authentically you, manage your schedule based on your specific habits and travel rules, and even understand your particular way of prioritizing. I aim to replicate your behavior, not just execute commands.

    • Siri/Alexa: They are primarily reactive. You tell them what to do (“Set a timer,” “What’s the weather?”), and they respond. They don’t typically anticipate your work needs or manage complex multi-step business processes.

I’ll anticipate your next steps, suggest actions (“You usually follow up on these leads on Fridays, should I draft that email?”), and manage entire workflows (like sending quotes and even suggesting supplier orders). Initially, for high-stakes actions, I’ll seek your explicit review and approval before executing. However, as I prove my capability and earn your trust, you’ll have the option to switch on full automation for specific tasks (like email replies or routine orders), allowing me to act directly on your behalf, truly becoming your autonomous digital twin.

My intelligence is focused on optimizing your professional productivity and, if you choose, your integrated work-life balance, by understanding the nuances of your business and personal commitments.

    • Siri/Alexa: While they improve over time through general updates, their learning of your specific habits is more limited and doesn’t lead to complex behavioral mimicry.

    • BeMe: My learning is a continuous, iterative process specifically tailored to you. Every interaction refines my understanding of your unique patterns, making me smarter and more aligned with your working style every single day.

BeMe is designed with intuitive toggles that allow you to enable or disable individual AI features. You can start with basic automation and gradually turn on more advanced, proactive capabilities as you become comfortable. This ensures BeMe integrates into you exactly at your pace and comfort level.

BeMe is designed to go beyond basic support, and soon users will have the option of choosing the management module that will allow you to work with a whole host of 3rd party solutions.

  • Quote Management: It can learn your pricing strategies and communication style to draft personalized quotes based on inquiries.
  • Supplier & Material Ordering: Once a quote is accepted, BeMe can automatically manage the ordering process, learning your preferred suppliers, costs, and procedures from past records.
  • Travel Management: Given your travel requirements, BeMe learns your preferred airlines, seating, and ground transport, then suggests and even books itineraries, proactively adjusting for delays or changes. These advanced capabilities are powered by BeMe’s deep learning of your historical data and preferences.

Due to Meta’s UK WhatsApp Business API restrictions, we have decided not to offer WhatsApp integration for UK customers.

 

Instead, UK plans will include Instagram messaging across all tiers, giving you another powerful channel to connect with customers. All other features – including AI voice, email, Facebook Messenger, and calendar – work perfectly in the UK

What are my Monthly Allowances?

Your monthly allowances will be stipulated in your subscription Tier.

 

We state that on average an AI Voice calls last 4 minutes, so when we represent the expected calls, this is a division of the monthly minutes you have subscribed.

 

Remember that if you subscribe via the website, you will get the bonus minutes, so more calls.

BeMe can handle multiple simultaneous calls when service capacity allows. However, this feature has technical limitations and is not guaranteed to be available at all times. We cannot be held responsible if a second call cannot be answered due to service constraints. We recommend informing important contacts about potential busy periods during high-usage times.

We expect most calls will last between 3 and 5 minutes, however individual calls are limited to a maximum of 10 minutes. This is to protect your monthly allowance, ensure fair usage for all customers and maintain optimal call quality. The call will end automatically at 10 minutes. For longer conversations, callers can simply call back to continue the discussion, BeMe will remember them.

Yes, the initial AI interview (approximately 20 minutes) is deducted from your monthly Voice AI allowance. This interview is essential for training BeMe to sound like you and understand your business preferences. We recommend completing this setup process early in your subscription period to maximize your remaining allowance for regular use.

 

 

If you approach your monthly limit, we’ll notify you in advance. Once your allowance is used, BeMe’s voice features will be temporarily unavailable until your next billing cycle, though other features like email and messaging may continue to work. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time to increase your monthly allowance.

 

If you do use up your monthly allowance too soon and do not choose to upgrade, you must disconnect your number from BeMe call forwarding to have your calls come to you as normal.

Yes, you can upgrade your BeMe plan mid-month. In your first month, contact our support team at support@justbeme.ai for options. From the second month onward, you can upgrade directly through the app anytime, gaining immediate access to higher tier allowances.

How does BeMe ensure my communications always sound authentic?

BeMe achieves this through deep behavioral replication.

 

By analyzing your past emails, BeMe learns your unique tone, vocabulary, and phrasing.

 

During your onboarding interview, you’ll also provide explicit examples of your communication style, which BeMe uses as a direct guide to ensure every message drafted on your behalf is genuinely “you.”

 

BeMe then learns from every interaction, every message, email or call. Each and every time, BeMe remembers what you said, how you said it and makes sure that is it’s starting point on the next communication.

BeMe primarily operates as a cloud-based AI Twin, meaning a stable internet connection is required for me to perform my core functions (learning, drafting, scheduling, analyzing data). Without internet, BeMe’s ability to process new information or execute actions will be limited. However, you will still be able to access local data (like previously downloaded emails or calendar entries) that the app has cached on your device.

 

After our 20-minute AI-led interview, BeMe starts processing your existing data (emails, calendar, etc.) based on your chosen scope. You’ll then complete your business profile and can upload additional info like price lists and job durations to the knowledge base if you wish.

BeMe itself is your primary support.

 

Leveraging its core intelligence and understanding of its own functionalities, BeMe can provide highly relevant, personalized assistance for app usage, troubleshooting, and feature explanations. If a complex issue arises, BeMe also has clear escalation pathways to connect you with human support. Depending on your tier, you will have access to an account manager.

We employ robust security measures, continuously monitor for threats, and adhere to strict data protection standards. Your data is used only to power your personalized BeMe experience.

 

We will adhere to both GDPR (UK & Europe) and CCPA (USA) at initial launch as as we roll out globally, always adhere to the local Data Protection and Privacy laws in the countries or regions where we operate.

 

Your data is shared within the ecosphere of the BeMe infrastructure to provide your service, however it never goes beyond that. BeMe does not monetize your data….ever!

No, not exactly!

 

We limit a user to one account at a time on any device. If you already have a BeMe subscription via Google Play and try to subscribe to another, your existing account will be overwritten. This also applies if you try to do the same on the App Store.

 

However, there is nothing to prevent you from having a Google Play Account and App Store account at the same time as long as you are using different account details for each account on different devices.
